Navastone Inc. has been acquired by Hanson Paver Products Inc. Edenvale Restoration Specialists Ltd. & Woodhouse Contracting Ltd. have merged and recapitalized in partnership with TorQuest Partners. Gesco Industries Inc. was acquired by a group led by Ironbridge Equity Partners Inc.
Vulcan Containers Ltd. was acquired by BWAY Corporation. Cousins-Currie Limited was acquired by Silgan Holdings Inc. Therapy Supplies and Rental Limited has been acquired by Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.
Retail Food Brands Inc. (44th Street) has been acquired by Macgregors Meat and Seafood Ltd. Alouette Bus Lines Ltd. and Alouette Transportation Ltd. has been acquired by Northway Bus Lines Inc. Earigate International Inc. has licensed the rights to Earigate for the United States to Prestige Brands, Inc.
CashCode Co. Inc sold its operations to Crane Co. Instaloans Financial Solution Centres Ltd. has sold its Pay Day Loan business to Rentcash Inc. Vulsay Industries Ltd. has been acquired by Delta Petroleum Company Inc.
The Soup and Bouillion Division of Dare Foods Ltd. (Loneys) has been acquired by Berthelet Food Products Inc.

SunMilk Dairy Company has successfully raised US $9,000,000 of preferred share equity. Tri-Tec Industries Ltd. has successfully obtained $14,300,000 in subordinated and bridge loan facilities. Ken Fowler Enterprises Limited has successfully obtained a $20,000,000 subordinated debt facility.
Beverly Tire has successfully obtained a $8,700,000 revolving credit and term loan facility. Primus has successfully obtained a $20,000,000 acquisition facility and $15,000,000 participation in an operating line of credit. MGI Packers has successfully obtained $27,000,000 in operating and term loan credit facilities.
Maksteel has successfully obtained a $178,000,000 revolving credit, term loan and capital expenditure facility. Tiger Brand Knitting has successfully obtained a $30,000,000 revolving credit, term loan and capital expenditure facility. Cuddy Farms Corporation has successfully refinanced $18,000,000 in operating and term debt facilities.
